01 / Mineral Rights Risk Scan
Know the risk. Before you invest.
Evidence-based mineral rights intelligence for investors and mining companies evaluating opportunities in Brazil.
The Mineral Rights Risk Scan is MineVerity's core product. It organizes what public records show about a Brazilian mineral right into clear, sourced risk indicators, delivered as an analyst-reviewed report.
- Indicators across five categories: regulatory, territorial, title, judicial and environmental.
- Each category rated High, Medium, Low or Not verified. No overall score, no go / no-go verdict.
- Every finding comes with its own proof, which any reader can check.
- Analyst review before any report is delivered.
02 / The report
What the report is, and what it is not.
It is
- A sourced reading of five risk categories for a Brazilian mineral right.
- Reviewed before delivery.
- Built so that every finding carries its own proof.
It is not
- A legal opinion.
- An investment recommendation.
- A substitute for your own diligence.
03 / Technology

- 01
Official, verifiable sources

Proprietary methodology
A documented, proprietary methodology, so the same input always produces the same reading.
- 04
AI applied to mining

06 / FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
What is included in a report?
Indicators in five risk categories for the mineral right you indicate, the level assigned to each category and the evidence behind every finding. The scope is confirmed when you make the request.
In which languages are reports delivered?
In Portuguese and English. Brazilian technical and regulatory terms are preserved where precision requires it.
Is my request confidential?
Yes. The process number and the information you share are used only to prepare your report.
What happens when an official source does not respond?
The report records the limitation and marks the affected indicator as Not verified. Absence of information is never treated as an irregularity.
How does the review work?
Before delivery, each report is reviewed by a mining engineer and specialized analysts, who check every finding against the evidence collected and record any limitation found in the sources.
Does the platform follow my processes after the report?
Yes. Proceedings and deadlines management gathers the events of each asset, and monitoring re-reads each process periodically and records what changed. Automatic e-mail alerts: coming soon.
Can I send my own maps?
Yes, as shapefiles. The layers enter the analysis with a record of their origin.
Does the complexity index say whether the project is feasible?
No. It measures the complexity of the area's environmental and land requirements. It does not replace environmental studies or the assessment of the competent agencies.
How does the due diligence work?
Through a checklist across nine workstreams, with the data room request list and a points of attention report, updated as documents arrive.
